Job Details:

▪ Team Size (Contract and permanent Staff) 350

Requirements for the candidate:

▪ Industry Preferred-: Auto /Machining/Mass Manufacturing (Must)
▪ Age Preferred-: 45 Years to 50 Years
▪ No of Years of experience-: Min 15 years
▪ Education-: DME or BE
▪ Quality Systems Handled-: IATF, OSHAS
▪ Machinery Handled-: VMC Machining, CNC Turning, SPM’s
▪ Products Handled-: Turned and Machines Components, Fabrication
▪ Plants to be handled-: 2 Plants
▪ Software Knowledge required-: Excel, ERP
▪ Languages to be known in specific by the candidate-: English, Hindi
▪ Level of English communication required (Verbal and written) - Excellent
▪ Any other specific requirement –Six Sigma, knowledge of lean manufacturing.
▪ Candidate from Anywhere in India who are open to relocate with Family to Gujarat (Baroda) will
be considered.

Main Responsibilities:
▪ Direct and maintain daily operations for both plants.
▪ Coordinating with various departments like Manufacturing, Quality, Stores, Purchase, Maintenance,
Suppliers, etc to ensure smooth & efficient operations
▪ Develop and implement systems and policies for daily operations.
▪ Support planning department for making monthly production plans for all plants based on
customer requirements.
▪ Communicate with customers regarding status of production, supply / capacity constraints, etc.
▪ Review manufacturing capacity based on customer forecasts and support increase of the same.
▪ Regular interaction with the Customers regarding the progress of the production planning, dispatch
and Quality.
▪ Review and maintain production efficiencies by implementing lean techniques.
▪ Review dispatch attainment reports versus plan and customer requirements.
▪ Running the existing process of Products right from Purchase to Dispatch smoothly.
