Gambians to fill the vacancies below:
POSITION: TECHNICAL MANAGER

Job Description & Responsibilities

The person will be responsible among others to:

• Supervise all the technicians and technical work within the


institution.

• Prepare half yearly reviews and yearly appraisals of the staff under
his/her purview.

• Manage all contracts relating to delivery, installation and support of


all equipment including those brought in for repairs.

• Manage all contracts relating to outsourced services to meet all


contractual obligations.

• Work with the sales and marketing manager in responding to RFQs


and biding documents.

• Develop policies in collaboration with senior management for the


timely and effective delivery of technical services to our customers.

• Measure customer satisfaction on quarterly basis in relation to the


products and services provided.

• Prepare cost estimates for labour and materials for all required
services.

• Carry out duties that may be assigned to you by senior management.

QUALIFICATIONS

The person should have the following:

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a support or supervisory


role in an ICT related area.

• CCNA, MCSE, A+, N+ with practical knowledge in a working


environment is required.
• Experience in CCTV & Electrical Solar installations will be an
added advantage

• BSc. in Computer Science or Information Systems would be


desirable.

POSITION: TRAINING MANAGER

Job Description & Responsibilities

The person will be responsible among others to:

• Supervise all the training programs and staff within the institution.

• Compliance person for all training and certification requirements of


the institution including the preparation of lesson plans and
schemes of work.

• Develop/Amend curriculum in consultation with senior


management and in line with the NAQAA ACT.

• Ensuring effective learning and teaching environment with the


requisite materials.

• Prepare quarterly and yearly reports showing all the activates carried
out during the period under review.

• Prepare half yearly reviews and yearly appraisals of all staff under
your purview.

• Manage all contracts relating to training delivery to various


institutions.

• Conduct orientation of new students and assign trainers to classes.

• Monitor attendance of students and prepare transcripts and


certificate of students for endorsement.

• Conduct student surveys on every batch in relation to the trainer and


the course content.

• Carry out duties that may be assigned to you by the senior


management.

QUALIFICATIONS

The person should have the following:

• Minimum of five (10) years experience in teaching or five (5) years


experience in managing training institutions.

• BSc. in Business Administration, HTC or Teachers Certificate


would be added advantages.

POSITION: SALES & MARKETING MANAGER

Job Description & Responsibilities

The person will be responsible among others to:

• Supervise all the Sales and marketing staff within the institution.

• Create marketing and sales strategies to promote the products and


services of the institution.

• Make presentations to current and potential clients on new products


or services

• Prepare and respond to all RFQs and bidding documents

• Create target markets for the institution.

• Make recommendations for the ordering new products.

• Conduct periodic market surveys to determine the trend on the sale


of various products and services.

• Handle all customer service related queries in collaboration with the


technical unit.
• Provide branding and advertisement strategies

• Set targets for all sales and marketing officers.

• Prepare half yearly reviews and yearly appraisals of the staff under
your purview.

• Carry out other duties that may be assigned to you by senior


management.

QUALIFICATIONS

The person should have the following:

• Minimum of five (5) years experience in managing sales and


marketing agents or ten (years) experience as a sales officer.

• BSc. in Business Administration or Marketing

SALARY

Attractive starting salary of D24, 000.00 to D30, 000 per month with other
fringe benefits are attached to this position.
