Letter of Intent
This letter of intent is meant to confirm that ____________from Malaga, Spain, agrees to act as intermediary organization in a Erasmus+- KA1, Learning Mobility of
Individuals - Mobility project for VET learners placement project developed under the framework of Erasmus+, KA1 Learning Mobility of Individuals, - call of proposal 2020 to
collaborate with ______________________-, Romania, as sending organization in the placement of 28 students and 4 accompanying teachers in Malaga, Spain under the mobility
project uploaded in the frame of Erasmus+, call 2020, named :

Flow no.2: 17.05-04.06.2021, 14 students+2 accompanying teachers

ZUZANA VANCOVA will carry out the following tasks which form an integral part of the project:
√ Ensure host organizations capable to accomplish the objectives of the project in order to fulfill the formation programme in order to improve its knowledge, skills and
competences;
√ Reception of the participants at their point of arrival and transferring them to the place of accommodation.
√ Provide full board accommodation ( accommodation, all meals, local transport);
√ Organize pedagogical and cultural preparation;
√ Ensure pedagogical monitoring of the individual beneficiaries (tutoring and mentoring in cooperation between sending and host organization);
√ Respect the Partnership Quality Commitment;
√ Sign Learning Agreement for each participant
√ Discuss any problem or difficulty it the participant might have and will intervene operatively and efficiently in clarifying and solving its problems;
√ Communicate with the project coordinator, will report the progress of the stage and, if necessary, will inform the sending institution about the any problem which might affect
the realization of the stage;
√ Participate to the dissemination activities during placement;
√ Make a report at the end of the stage the activities and results of the participants during the stage.
We have named the companies, which will be the host organizations for the project, with the right to change the companies if
problems either with the companies or students appear.
