INTRODUCTION:
Cineplanet is one of
the great Peruvian cinema chains that goes
beyond offering movies and snacks, provides
a great entertainment experience.
Cineplanet is born with an original idea of
three young Peruvians in mid-1998, which
allowedand prompted these young people to
open the first multiplex in the district of San
Miguel. Two years later, with the need for
most districts to be able to access this service, they decide to open two multi-rooms in the
districts of Miraflores and Cercado from Lima. However, Intercorp (business group committed
to the development and welfare of Peruvian families) recognized a need in the field of
entertainment. Therefore, sometime later he decides to acquire this chain company of
cinemas in order to increase the number of theaters and venues. Currently, Cineplanet has 46
complexes, of which only 36 are located in Peru and the rest are found in foreign trade such as
Chile and Colombia.
Cineplanet in recent years has positioned itself as a leading multiplex chain with respect to the
number of spectators and theaters. It also occupies one of the first positions in "GREAT PLACE
TO WORK" (Global research company, consultancy and training that helps maintain
workplaces). which has allowed compete with other Peruvian movie chains such as Cinemark
and UVK that stand out for the quality of its service such as customer service, a good
experience cinematography and the comfort of its theaters and venues.
One of the reasons for choosing Cineplanet over the others is the quality of sound, services
and image that it offers, since the competitive advantage of said company is the quality of its
services and products. Likewise, this Peruvian cinema chain offers a wide variety of movies for
all types of customers. That is, your niche market focuses on all people of different ages and
preferences. In addition, within each local there is the confectionery area where you can find
different types of snacks that will accompany your extraordinary experience cinematic.

ANALYSIS PEST :

Conclusions:
- In the political impact due to the norms given by the national government of Peru
made the movie theaters were closed for almost a year, time later when opening
the movie theaters, they made the capacity of the movie theaters was reduced by
measure against the pandemic (coronavirus) due to the new regulations given by
the MINSA, due to this the economic entries were incredibly reduced.

- In the social impact, the public that was going to consume did not consume their
products or food of the establishment due to the excessive increase of their prices,
for that reason due to that the demand increased, the prices of the confectionery
were lowered.

- In the economic impact, they had a total drop in their economic balance due to
the fact that people did not go out much to watch movies because of the streaming
services they had on their TVs, laptops, etc. Some time after the regularization of
the premieres of blockbuster movies, their economy went up completely.

- In the technological impact, they updated the software of their websites and their
mobile applications, making ticket sales more efficient and therefore faster to
obtain along with what you want to consume in the cinema.
