1 Review

Complete the review of the first conditional structure with ‘present simple’, ‘will/can + infinitive’ or
‘will’.

Grammar review - First conditional

We use the first conditional to talk about a possible situation in the future. The structure of the first
conditional is:
1 2
If + ,
If you call me before 1pm, I will answer.
I can come if you invite me.
3
Remember that we do not use after if. We can also use when instead of if.
