 Integrating their feedback into the program (make sure you work closely with your supervisor, or a
person nominated by your supervisor, to obtain input about your program)
 Planning for individual needs, preferences, differences and rights
 Calculating the financial, human and physical resources required
 Preparing a budget
 Developing systems and procedures
 Developing methods of evaluation
 Documenting the details of the program, including priorities, timelines and responsibilities.
