This task requires you to:
 communicate the roles and responsibilities to relevant people

 identify training required to support program implementation
 identify how service delivery will be monitored against the program’s objectives and its budget
 identify and address any problems in addressing client needs
 complete and maintain documentation.

You must get your supervisor to review your plan and sign off their approval (even if your program is not going to be implemented in your workplace at this stage).
