This presentation is based on the information I researched on three topics for opening a new bar. All
information came from my own experience and through the Google search engine.

The first topic is about bar equipment. The basic equipment needed to open a bar includes a jigger,
cocktail shaker, mixing glass, bar spoon, pourer, ice tongue, squeegee, and more.

The second topic is information on wine, spirits and other liquor sources.
According to the information I've researched, the wine would be supplied through Broadway Liquor
Distributors and the spirits and other liquors would be supplied through sland2island.

The last topic is information about the POS system and the Employee Check-In system.
To run a store, you need to install a POS system, and I think the place I researched is the most
suitable.
And the Employee Check-in system is a useful system that allows you to manage employee
commuting, rosters and payroll.

I say again.
All the researched information was conducted based on my experience and Google search, and since
I researched based on Sydney, I can quickly and easily solve the problem when a problem occurs in
the area later.

Anyone have any questions?

I'll finish the presentation.

Thank you for attending.
