Material Delivery Terms

* Expected Delivery Period for Proposed Items is 40-45 Weeks (Excluding public holidays in product's country of origin and subject to delay due to Force Majeure)
* Delivery: up to Ex Sudan Port (excludes TAX, VAT, duties, etc..)
* Default manufacturer support license starts from the shipment date (from vendor factories) and not from installation date. Default manufacturer support license terms &
conditions apply during this period. For extended manufacturer support license, extra service contracts/certificates to be purchased. For Local Support, Beta IT Support
Services should be purchased (such as Preventive Maintenance and Remedial Maintenance).

Implementation

Exclusions from Beta IT Scope of Work

1- Work on any equipment not covered by this proposal.

2- Obtaining any required 3rd Party NOCs (No Objection Certificates: Municipality, Etisalat, etc.), if any

3- Electrical, Mechanical, and Civil Works.

4- Site/DC Preparation (to be made available by the customer) such as but not limited to Power for the proposed equipment & UPS, Space in
cabinet to accommodate the new devices with the vendor recommended environmental requirements, Structured cabling requirements – Fiber
Optic backbone & Patch panels. Horizontal cabling, UTP patch panels and UTP patch cords, wire managers, patching tasks & Cabinets with the
required accessories.

5- Modifications on any existing LAN/WAN/Security devices/App Setup at the customer network is excluded from our Scope such as but not
limited to modifications on firewall policies, DMZ creation, etc… and if required for project progress to be done by the customer technical staff.

6- Any Hardware Servers/Virtual Machines, Storage and Microsoft/OS/hyper licensing required for the provided solution to be provided by the
customer such as but not limited to Windows Server Licenses, CALs, TS CALs, SQL licenses, VM, hyper kernel, HyperV, ESXi, vcenter, etc..

7- Components other than mentioned in the Inclusions are excluded from the scope of work such as but not limited to formatting servers, basic
configuration of the server – joining to domain, DMZ creation,etc… are excluded.

8- Secure Remote Solution and SSL Digital Certificate is excluded.

9- Knowledge transfer and authorized training is excluded.

10- Any item/equipment not mentioned in BoQ.

11- Any programming /configuration changes after acceptance test is signed.

12. Any physical mounting, cabling work, like cable testing, civil work or containment are excluded.

13- Virtual machines where ever required with required specification to be provided by customer

14- Existing access switches should support PoE+, 802.1x authentication and this has to be enabled by customer.

15- AD, SMS gateway and VM resources exists in the network.

Inclusions from Beta IT Scope of Work

1. Planning:
a. Customer Kick-off Meeting: Customer Kick-off Meeting to discuss project scope and project plan.
b. Defining the project scope and Project plan: Defining project SOW, Executions, list of activities, checking BOQ and Design.
c. Preparing IP schema, Port details, Low-level design: Define the IP schema and Low-level design document according to the meeting with the
customer and pre-sales.
d. Prepare the acceptance test criteria: Define the Network acceptance test criteria
e. Check the site readiness and the existing setup.

2- Execution - ClearPass DC and DR:


a. Download the image and install virtual appliance (Qty:3)- VM Computing and capacity resources to be made available by customer.
b. Software/Firmware check and upgrade and basic configuration
c. Set the Management IP to the appliance
d. Installation and configuration of ClearPass (Radius - 802.1x , onboard & Onguard modules respectively

- Configure User Groups on ClearPass
- Configure security policies (services - 802.1x)
- Enabling profiling
- Configure AAA for Network devices
- Configure ongaurd module for users with health check criteria's
- Guest captive portal configurations - SMS should exist at customer site.
- Onboard module configuration for 3rd party unmanaged devices.
f. Configuration testing and fine tuning.

3. Execution – Access Points


a. Basic Configuration: Configure the Access Points to communicate with the Controller
b. Pushing the SSID's to the new AP's
c. Adding AP's to airwave for management and monitoring
d. Configuration testing and fine tuning if required.

4 Execution – Virtual Controller (1 qty)


a. Software/Firmware check and upgrade and basic configuration.
b. Basic Configuration: Configure the Aruba Controller
c. Applying the purchased licenses and configurations on to the Aruba new controller.
d. Configuring DHCP service in the controller for the access points
e. WLAN Profile and SSID Configurations. Mapping it to associated VLAN's .
f. Configuration testing and fine tuning if required.

5- Closing:
a. Take snap shot and configuration files for documentation purposes
b. Perform the final troubleshooting for the setup in case any problem or concern has been reported by the customer
c. Handover session for 4 hours about the solution deployed.

Assumptions and Considerations


- Beta IT will configure NAC in 1-2 switches supporting 802.1x, and a template shall be shared with Customer to configure in the rest of the
switches.
- 2 NAC Virtual instances shall be deployed in main site while 1 appliance in DR.
- Number of clearpass access (3000 cc session including guests), onboard (200 users) and onguard (1200 endpoint devices) licenses are
considered based on the feedback from customer. Additional licenses at additional cost to be amended on request.
- Switching with PoE+ and QoS capability to be made available by customer for new AP's connectivity.
- The Cabling and required POE+ to the mounting point should be made ready in order to configure the AP's.
- VM Computing and capacity resources to be made available by customer.
- Any network provisioning required on the existing network (port/PoE+/QoS/802.1x) availability and configuration to be made available by
customer.

Warranty Beta IT will process RMA process on behalf of customer for malfunctioning devices provided that customer has a valid

Devices covered by this service must be Material, covered by manufacturer warranty services, is subject to manufacturer warranty and RMA policies,
covered by manufacturer warranty procedures, and RMA repair periods. RMA and Manufactures' support conditions are provided by each manufacturer
on its own web site.

- Any new configuration and configuration changes or additions to configuration will not be covered by this proposal. Moving systems is not covered by this proposal.

- Customer DOES NOT have access to Beta IT stock spare parts for workaround solutions during RMA periods.

- If the customer requests a job that is not related to the AMC material or services mentioned in this document, then Beta IT reserves the right to not respond to this
request and this shall not affect the progress or the due payments.

- Beta IT reserves the right to assign, terminate, and re-assign subcontractors in a manner that allows Beta IT to perform the Services as described in the statement of
work and in accordance with the terms of this agreement.

- Customer shall use and operate the Hardware and/or Software component(s) under this service agreement in accordance with manufacturer’s operating manuals and
promptly and regularly carry out all operation maintenance routine as and when specified.
