The Situation

Assume both A and B are senior managers of two different companies. Both the companies
have decided to add extra deliverables to the roles of all employees by increasing process
adhesion principles, introducing stricter timelines and adding extra travel to meet clients, all
of which will impact their daily duties significantly and increase their work pressure

Good morning all, it gives me immense pride saying everyone how great you are as a
team
member. Your diligence and detailed approach towards work have set a benchmark for
the rest of
the workforce. You work wholeheartedly for this organization and because of that we
achieved
our all goals. You and your work always stood by the expectations and has a meaningful
contribution to the success of the company. We value your presence and are proud of
you. The
service you provided exceeded all expectations. I would also like to add how much you
mean to
our company. Thank you, and keep up with the good work. As you all aware, now a days
our
company are going through very rough phase. We are not able to meet our targets and
because of
that survival of this unit is a big challenge. To face this situation, I required your strong

by terms of saving internally. No basic rules are set up to create a comfortable working
environment for the employees, it is a situation of get it or let yourself out of the working
bubble.
I can only put a sincere effort to design and appoint projects wherein each one of you

responsible for their as well as their partner’s functioning. As you all are aware about the

economic climate and to avoid lay-offs, the management has decided to impose stricter
working
timelines and adding extra travel for client meetings, so you need to work harder and
smarter, as
all further promotions will be based on your performance in the current proposed
