GENERAL RESULT: STRENGTHENING OVERALL PHYSICAL,MENTAL,AND EMOTIONAL HEALTH.
WEEK 1 CONCLUSION
1. The aerobic exercise helped me with my physical health as well as mental health.

2. The changes I have notice on the first day of exercise is how I respond to reach my
goal, but in terms of changes that can be seen there is no changes at that moment,in
comparison to the last day of exercise,changes are noticeable because of the continued
exercise and determination to aim for the goal.

3. Jogging is a great aerobic exercise that mostly everyone can do. Even though it seems
like it does not do anything to our body,the continuous jogging could lead to a lot of
benefits not only to our physical body but also with our mental state.

WEEK 2 CONCLUSION
1. Cycling helped in strengthening my physical, mental,and emotional health.

2. I’m terms of changes in the first day of exercise visible results are not yet to be seen.
In comparison to the last day of exercise where I can feel how it strengthen my leg
muscle as well as the whole body. Not only that because there are changes in my
mental and emotional health as well.

3. Cycling is a fun aerobic exercise that improves our strength and mental health. It is a
way to enjoy while being healthy at the same time because of the benefits it could give
to every individual.
