SUMMARY

Together, we are building a company called "Ez Interiors", whose goal is to help customers solve
their problems. Our mission is to make a good difference in the lives of all of the clients we have
the pleasure of serving and leave a lasting imprint on their thoughts and imagination. Every
person who sees one of our creations should be moved and elevated by it. Our basic principles
are consistently aligned with our long-term objectives. Our goal is to always go above and
beyond for our customers by providing them with exclusive customer service to our clients. We
strive to build a strong client relationship based on trust, commitment and Integrity. There are
many societies in Pakistan but a few Interior designing organizations, the market we are
targeting are new introducing societies in Pakistan such as NMC, New Metro city, Kingdom
Valley and much more. Now how does our business help people? Due to research we get to
know that 25% of population of Pakistan does not own houses and real estate business is
growing day by day. Our business will help the real estate businessman and also to the local
customers because building a well-furnished and luxury house takes time and management
which people don’t have.

Interior design consultancy is the primary service offered by Ez Interiors. Specifically chosen
furniture, works of art, designer fabric, and office and home accessories complete the look.
Interior design consultancy services will be the first step in the sales process before offering
carefully chosen components to go along with the design theme. By using readily available
software for home designing we will have information about the customer preference and their
demand and to fulfill this demand we would reach to different furniture and accessories shops
such as Wood Tek, Ikon home and etc. so we have a wide range of products available according
to customer preference and demand.

Our Investment is not so big just a small office with some equipment’s and fixed costs. We
would have to buy an office in commercial area and renovate it according to our business and
use some good infrastructure and accessories to give a look.

developing housing societies in urban centers would be an ideal choice for setting up an office
due to greater demand of such service. Requisite raw materials, infrastructure facilities, etc.
would also be easily available in such areas. Households in middle and upper middle income
group and firms in the corporate sector are the major potential clients for this business.
