Zoom is primarily used for distance learning. With the pandemic students had
to get an education and Zoom became the primary method of learning.
Teachers would hold a virtual meeting through Zoom and share the link.
Students would join and listen to the lecture, take notes and ask questions.
Teachers may share their screen to demonstrate. Teachers may record a
session to post it online for future reference. Office hours may be created and
held through Zoom and can be accessed from any device. Teachers may
assign a group project that allows students to create their own Zoom meeting
to meet with their peers.

Ease of application
High Definition Quality = good sound and video quality
Screen share
Breaking room feature (small groups, teacher can jump around)
End to End encryption provides security for students’ information
Compatible with many devices = use anywhere
