THE COMMA
A comma indicates a small break. Some writers think of a
comma as a soft pause—a punctuation mark that separates
words, clauses, or ideas within a sentence.
Hi Mr. Morrison I am Lucie from DIRECTV and I will happy to help you. First of all
I would like to confirm the reason why you have contacted us. Mr. Morrison you
said you paid for some extra sports channels but you have not been able to
watch them since there are not in the channel line up. In that case here is what
we can do. I will send you an email with a passcode which is saved for loyal
customer so you can enter it as soon as you log into your account. Then select
once again the channels you want to add and that would solve the
inconvenience. Mr. Morrison if you have any further questions let me know. I
hoe you have a great day. Thank you for contacting DIRECTV.
