Actually, the rooms is not that awful as
everyone wrote here.
For apartment room, I booked through Agoda
and the room is really big, with a TV. As it is
aimed to be used as apartment, but this
apartment room seems not managed properly
as the bathroom has many small worms, and
the housekeeping said it is normal because on
rainy season
But if you add little extra money (IDR20k), you
will get deluxe room, which is on hotel part
that I think way more better. Rooms are not
spacious, good bed, clean, not having worms,
good bathroom, good AC, good view and
everything.
If in the mid of your stay, you want to change
the room type, you are not able to do that, and
this is annoying for me. Please think about this
rule again.
One thing that should be improved is the
environment. It feels like prost*tut**n place,
where many boys line up gathered outside
receptionist and when I am walking there with
shorts and sleeveless cloth, they are catcalling
me. I stayed for 3 days, another time I came
for 2 days stay, another time again and I still
see same and got same. So I am pretty sure it
is not coincidance. Even at one time I came,
there is a serious argue between 2 boys group
with a girl cry in the middle, and no one take
care of it. Security guard or receptionist
doesn't want to handle that things. I never
experience the same view and ambience when
stay on other apartment-hotel so maybe you
can fix it.
Also it will be nice to allowed gojek to enter
further and place our order in the receptionist
instead of asked them waiting outside and
make visitors walking so far to take the order.
Or maybe add some kind of storage place will
be better
So I am not recommending the apartment part,
I highly recommended the hotel part. It is
cheap and it is good.

My boss was upset to the service of this hotel.

This hotel is relatively new. Information that I
get from receptionist, grand opening was on
July 2019. But according to me, 6 months
running, this hotel still many weakness points
to be improved i.e : the frequency they change
the water of swimming pool, parking
area/security, traffic in out management, there
is no phone list to contact (we don't know the
number/extension of receptionist,
housekeeping, restaurant, ect), the restaurants
still not optimal managed/operated, no
refrigerator/mini bar, less tissue, no welcome
drink, lobby looks not managed optimally, etc.
Location is ok. If the management improve &
develop better and better, I believe this hotel
will get loyal occupants, because the location
is good (close with industrial estate,
school/university, food, mini market, etc). We
are not patient to see how they are growing &
stand out. The service in restaurant should be
improved too.

They got spacious room and clean room. But
you might need to check on their facility.

It is not 4 star but should be 1 star. The beed
linen was dirty, the towel unhygienic and at the
back of the bathroom door there was a used
towel hang in. With recent situation of
pandemic, this hotel doesnt’t care about
protocol healthiness. Very disappointed...

Totally it is not 4 star hotel. Location is in
industrial Rungkut area, nothing outside
building, close to Juanda airport. It is
apartment building that several floors are
made become hotel.
There is swimming pool but can not use becoz
covid safety rules. Deluxe rooms are all facing
swimming pool that in the middle inside
buiding. Suite rooms are all facing outside
view.
Reception is on 5th floor. The reception staff is
very slow since only 1 person on day busy
time.
No small towel, no hand towel, no coffee tea
bag, no fridge provided. The matrass linen is
many dirt color, just ask housekeeping for
changing it.
Free WIFI is good. The benefit only the low
price. The promotion price is display on street
side of Rp 199.000.
DON'T choose Junior Suite Queen room since
it doesn't have hot shower, nor toilet paper, nor
chair at all, nor hanger, nor place to put hanger.
You can choose here as transit hotel for
catching your flight early next day. Thats all.

If you're expecting for value maybe you won't
