→ Well, my full name is Vo Thi Tuong Vy. You can call me Vy
for short .23 years old this year. I live in Lam Dong . I
graduated from Da Nang University of Economics with a
major in Hospitality Management. I'm a hard worker and I
like to take on a variety of challenges. In my freetime, I watch
Film, go shopping and traveling.
→ There are two reasons I should be hired. First, my

→ I’m looking for an opportunity that gives me the ability to
build closer, long-term relationships with clients. In my
current role, I don’t spend as much time building a rapport
with my customers as I’d like. Relationship-building is one of
the reasons I chose a career in hotel reception, and I look
forward to working with a hotel where that’s a top priority
→ My strongest trait is in customer service. I listen and pay close
attention to my customer's needs and I make sure they are
more than satisfied. And I'm good at keeping a team together
and producing quality work in a team environment.
→ Earlier in my career I noticed that because I was so
enthusiastic about my work, I had a tendency to say ‘yes’
when I should have been saying ‘no.’ At one point I ended up
so overwhelmed by my workload, taking on so many projects,
that I was working evenings and weekends. It was stressful,

was counterproductive, so I started using workload
