This is to resolve the Protest filed by RPF against two (2) players, namely:
CARACENA and SANTILLAN, JASON of V-Boyz for allegedly, both are under the age of
40.

In the spirit of fair play, we urgently inform the Team Manager of V-Boys of the
said protest and handed to them a copy of the Written Protest. After ten (10) minutes,
CARACENA, LYNDON personally appeared and presented his Certificate of Live Birth
to prove that he is already 40 years old. In the same Certificate of Live Birth, it was
indicated thereat that his Date of Birth is July 06, 1982. The Committee requested a
valid ID from him and in effect he presented his SSS (UMID): CRN-0111-3562604-4, and
the same indicated that his Date of Birth is July 06, 1982.

Moreover, the wife of SANTILLAN, JASON also appeared and handed to the
Committee his Certificate of Live Birth by which it showed that his Date of Birth is
January 20, 1981. The Committee requested a valid ID from him and his wife also
presented his LTO DL No. F06-22-301334, and the same indicated that his Date of Birth
is January 20, 1981.

Due to the confidentiality nature of the Certificate of Live Birth, we cannot attach
a copy of the same to the instant Resolution. With the consent of the owners however,
we may allow the Team Representative or its coach to view the same Certificate of Live
Birth and valid IDs of CARACENA and SANTILLAN, JASON, as afore-mentioned.

In view of the foregoing, the Committee denies the protest filed by RPF against
CARACENA and SANTILLAN, JASON of V-Boyz. The Committee ruled that they are
eligible to play for the Comeback Division because they have sufficiently shown that
they have reached already forty (40) years old.

The instant Committee Resolution is effective immediately.
