❖ Opportunities:
• When I become a full-fledged sales executive, I have the
opportunity to earn the income that many people desire, and I can
earn the amount that is appropriate for your working capacity.
• In addition, I can develop my own soft skills such as
communication skills, negotiation skills, problem solving skills,
and so on.
❖ Threats:
• However, as a professional sales executive, I will be subjected to
sales pressure, which will have a direct impact on my salary. As a
result, this is a significant challenge that gives Sales leaders a
headache. When I confront a difficult consumer and my duty is to
effortlessly solve their problem
• It is a position that also necessitates collaboration and
coordination with other divisions within the organization. So, if a
specific colleague's lack of collaboration in the workplace makes
the job of the Sales Executive tough. Furthermore, self-created
pressure is a significant source of stress for Sales Executives. To
prevent that pressure, you should have a positive attitude at work.
