The recent large breakout of the Covid-19 epidemic has made it difficult for
the world economy, and the path of future development has also experienced
numerous barriers. After researching and evaluating all aspects, I decided to
apply position for the of Sales Executive at HSBC, one of the leading banks
with many years of expertise in the financial industry in the Vietnam market.

This position necessitates excellent communication and bargaining abilities.

Furthermore, you must be able to tolerate intense job pressures such as sales
pressure and customer demand. You must also be adaptable in order to deal
with numerous changes and find the best answer to each challenge. This
work requires proficiency in the use of office computer applications as well
as solid English speaking and writing abilities. Finally, you must be able to
comprehend, evaluate, and think rationally.

I have certain strengths that are well suited to my position, as well as the
following weaknesses:
❖ Strengths:
- About thinking: have the ability to create, analyze and synthesize
- About skills:
• Confidently communicate and present in front of the crowd.
• Good listening and interaction skills
• Know how to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent English communication abilities
- Personality:
• Serious, highly responsible for work.
• Sociable, dynamic, quickly adapting to the new environment.
• Be proactive at work

❖ Weaknesses:

❖ Opportunities:
• When I become a full-fledged sales executive, I have the
opportunity to earn the income that many people desire, and I can
earn the amount that is appropriate for your working capacity.
• In addition, I can develop my own soft skills such as
communication skills, negotiation skills, problem solving skills,
and so on.
❖ Threats:
• However, as a professional sales executive, I will be subjected to
sales pressure, which will have a direct impact on my salary. As a
result, this is a significant challenge that gives Sales leaders a
headache. When I confront a difficult consumer and my duty is to
effortlessly solve their problem
• It is a position that also necessitates collaboration and
coordination with other divisions within the organization. So, if a
specific colleague's lack of collaboration in the workplace makes
the job of the Sales Executive tough. Furthermore, self-created
pressure is a significant source of stress for Sales Executives. To
prevent that pressure, you should have a positive attitude at work.
