FUND ALLOCATION BY THE DEPARTMENT OF BUDGET AND MANAGEMENT (DBM)
1. 85% of the request for DBC are processed and forwarded to Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration, Finance
and Comptrollership (OASAFC ) for submission to DBM for fund allocation, 13working days upon receipt.
OBJECTIVE STATEMENT 2. Zero Incidence of double payment, or receipt of feedback of inaccuracy from DBM.
