1. Context - The context needs to describe the circumstances that influenced the development, implementation and
impact of the practice. This is essential because it will explain if a practice could be applied in their own setting.
2. Level of Intervention - This describes at what level the practice or strategy has been carried out.
3. Beneficiaries/users of the practice/strategies- This describes to whom the practice or strategy applies. This can be
individuals, groups, organizations (NGOs, government) at different levels of intervention.
4. Problems addressed - Describe the problem that was addressed and that has instigated the practice. This section
should be relatively short and not describe circumstances that led to the problems.
5. Purpose of Intervention - This describes the objectives and expected results from the practice or strategy.
6. Strategy of Implementation - This describes the strategies used in the implementation of the practice including the
sequence of activities taken by the different actors involved during the whole process of implementation. The
description should be as concrete as possible. This can also include the overall process from the moment it was
identified and the decision to address the problem was taken (e.g. priority setting, conceptualization, planning,
implementation and monitoring)
Please answer concisely as each criterion must not exceed 500 words and should cover:
The circumstances (nature of the problem or objective) and impact (this should not be more than a brief sentence or
two)
