Client complaint was managed by proper interventions. He has a good hygiene and takes vitamins as scheduled. Client
gained 12kg from admission weight to present, body mass index of 22.5 which were normal. Client was advised to have a
good nutrition and fitness. Fully vaccinated of covid19 vaccine (astra-zeneca). Advised client upon discharge to have
booster shot of COVID19 vaccine.
