VALIDITY: This list will come into force at 00:00 hours on 21st March, 2022 and will be
valid until 23:59 hours on 27th March, 2022.

RISK COUNTRIES HIGH RISK COUNTRIES

Countries in which a certificate or document certifying vaccination, an active infection diagnostic test (AIDT) or recovery from
COVID-19 is required.

Countries and areas in the European Third countries Countries where dual certification is
Union/European Economic Area required: a certificate or document certifying
vaccination or recovery from COVID-19 AND
ALL THIRD COUNTRIES are considered at risk a COVID-19 active infection diagnostic test

Inclusion criteria: dark red, red, orange and grey risk areas, based on the combined
indicators according to Council Recommendation 2022/107.
Inclusion criteria: all third countries, except those described in this section. As a general
reference, the criteria contemplated in Recommendation (EU) 2020/912 on the temporary
restriction of non-essential travel to the EU and the possible lifting of said restriction are
followed
