Preventive Maintenance Instructions

1. Preventive Maintenance Procedure for Zinc Air Battery Fluidic Energy

1. Make sure use safety tools, hand gloves, safety goggles, tissues.
Pastikan saat melakukan Preventive Maintenance gunakan alat-alat keselamatan seperti
sarung tangan karet, Kaca Mata pengaman, siapkan tissue.

2. Only check level if module boards has been in Charge-Idle for minimum 15 minutes or
switched off for safety.
Pastikan Zinc Air battery Module Boards dalam kondisi mati minimal 15 menit EBMS
board untuk keamanan.

3. Check for any swelling cells.

Periksa Battery yang Mengembung/Bengkak.

4. Check for leaks at Cells, Trays, and Cabinet bottom. Describe what is leaking and attach
a picture.
Periksa kebocoran di Battery ,Tray dan bawah kabinet, Jelaskan apa yang bocor dan
lampirkan foto.

5. Check all PBMS/EBMS LEDs. Should be one LED flashing & green LEDs solid.
Periksa semua LED pada PBMS/EBMS, seharusnya satu LED berkedip & LED hijau
menyala tanpa berkedip.

6. Check Comm board LEDs / Cek Comm LED.

Comm board: Should be one LED flashing, green/orange LED solid,
Comm board: Pastikan satu LED berkedip, LED hijau/oranye menyala tanpa berkedip.

7. Check that all cabinet fans are running.

Pastikan semua kipas kabinet aktif.

8. Check cabinet filter. Clean if necessary. Please attach pitures (before and after).
Periksa saringan udara pada kabinet. Bersihkan bila diperlukan. Tolong lampirkan
fotonya (sebelum dan sesudah).

9. Check for water/rain leaks into cabinet (Hydrogen vents at top of cabinet).
Periksa apakah ada kebocoran air/hujan pada kabinet (ventilasi hidrogen di sisi atas
kabinet).

10. Check for corrosion (Cabinet, Electronics, Connections, Everywhere) Attach pictures.
Periksa apakah ada korosi/karat (pada kabinet, elektronik, koneksi, dimana saja),
lampirkan fotonya.

11. Measure BUS voltage used DMM set on VDC.

Ukur besarnya tegangan BUS menggunakan DMM set pada VDC.

12. Measure BUS current used Clamp Amps at negative (black) cable in cabinet.
Ukur besarnya arus BUS menggunakan Clamp Amps pada kabel negatif (warna hitam) di
kabinet.

13. Monitor when discharge. Make sure battery backup site load properly.
Pantau saat discharge. Pastikan batere memback-up beban site dengan sesuai.

14. Record any changes at the site. Example: Found broken Equipment, New equipment
installed, new site guard, new site owner, etc. Take pictures and attach it.
Rekam semua perubahan di site. Contoh: ada perangkat yang rusak, perangkat baru,
penjaga site yang baru, pemilik site yang baru, dll. Ambil Foto dan lampirkan.
