Ryan Mack

Personal brand statement: “I value family, communication, and knowledge. These things are extremely
valuable because those will help me the most with my career in aviation. I started my journey into aviation at
fourteen when I took my first flight. This flight hooked me on aviation and at sixteen, I enrolled in the
Community College of Beaver County in the aviation program. Something that helps me stand out from the
rest is my grit. This has not come easy to me, and I have had to work extremely hard to achieve all of this. My
grit is my best trait, but this grit has taught me to value things like knowledge and communication. These will
all help me with aviation in that they will help set up good two-way communication with Air Traffic Control,
passengers (especially in times of turbulence or similar events), flight attendants, or even other pilots.”
