A Survey on the Agreement of Senior High Teachers and Students

on the new “DepEd Order No. 49 s. 2022.”
This survey questionnaire has a goal to determine the agreement of Senior High
teachers and students of Llorente National High School on the new DepEd Order No.
49 s. 2022.

DepEd Order No. 049 s. 2022 has been issued to strengthen professionalism within
the Department of Education, including the amended additional provisions on
employment and personnel relations, and the responsible use of social media. DepEd
officials and employees are expected to avoid relationships, interacting, and
communication, including following social media with learners outside the school
setting, except if they are relatives (Department of Education, 2022). Thus, it aims to
maintain the professionalism of the teacher between their students and avoid any
relationship between them.

The researchers will completely keep confidential all information arising from surveys
concerning individual respondents to which we gain access. We will not discuss,
disclose, discriminate, or provide access to survey data and identifiers.

I understand that my participation is voluntary and that I am free to withdraw at any

time, without giving a reason and without cost.
