I am writing to request the retrieval of my Professional Regulation Commission (PRC)
account. I have encountered issues accessing my account, and I would appreciate it if
you could assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
I have been a registered user of the PRC online portal for several years now, and I rely
heavily on it to access important information and updates regarding my profession.
However, I recently encountered a technical issue that prevented me from logging into
my account.
I have tried several times to reset my password. Also, I can’t access anymore the e-
mail I used to receive an OTP (One Time Password) to verify my account. I suspect that
there might be an issue with my account, and I would like to request your assistance
in retrieving it.
Please let me know what steps I need to take to retrieve my account. If there are any
documents or information that I need to provide, please let me know, and I will be
happy to comply.
