ANSWER:

Teachers are born ready and prepared no matter what the circumstances

are. The pandemic hindered almost all the learners as well as the teachers in

terms of acquiring first-hand knowledge from their teachers since modular

learning is commonly used as the modality of teaching nationwide but what we

are currently experiencing during this time will not hinder us to teach and

learner.

Even during this time of pandemic, webinars on the different fields are

also organized. This is to help teachers to be fully equipped when face to face

classes will be implemented and a lot of times, I had been joining different

webinars and trainings on English. Specifically, theses trainings include

maintaining student engagement, equipping students with study skills during

this time of pandemic, giving and receiving feedback, preparing learners from

face to face learning. All of these topics are very useful when face to face
classes will be implemented. Thus, being enrolled in MaEd is also a big help for

my continuing professional development.
