    Monday, June 01, 2020 7:30- 12:00 -A time frame that I set for me
    to print the LESF and to contact
    the learners and their parents.
    Contacting the learners and
    their parents to gather the
    needed information for filling-
    up the LESF. In the morning I
    contacted 4 (ROLANDO, JIMBO,
    FLORA, JUSTINE)
    1:00- 4:30 - While in the afternoon I also
    contacted 4 (STEPHANIE,
    JANNAH, KIMBERLY ANN,
    JILLIAN) So for the 1st day of the
    remote enrolment I have a total
    of 8 students who are officially
    enrolled.
    Tuesday, June 02, 2020 7:30- 12:00 -For the 2nd day I contacted 4
    students in the morning to get
    their information for me to fill-
    up the LESF those 4 students
    were (RONALD, JAMES,
    JOSHUA, JON LLOYD)
    1:00- 4:30 -In the afternoon I contacted
    another 4 students namely
    (MELISSA, VON, SYDNEY, and
    LAINA) through the use of
    messenger app. Another 8
    students in the second day for a
    total of 16 students that are
    officially enrolled for the
    remote enrolment.
    Wednesday, June 03, 2020 7:30- 12:00 -3rd day of the remote
    enrolment. The process is still
    the same I contacted another 4
    students in the morning (JOGIE,
    CARLO,SHENA, CHRISTINE)
    1:00- 4:30 -In the afternoon another 4
    students (SHEILA, CHRISTIAN,
    VANEZA, JAMIE) a total of 8
    students again for the 3rd day.
    And there are 24 students who
    are officially enrolled in the 3 rd
    day of conducting the remote
    enrolment.
    Thursday, June 04, 2020 7:30- 12:00 -In the 4th day of the remote
    enrolment another 4 students
    in the morning (ERICO,
    FREDERICK, KIM, TJ)
    1:00- 4:30 -While in the afternoon there
    are 4 students who I contacted
    through the use of the mobile
    phone (LHEONEL, JOCELYN,
    ARVIN, and MELYWN). For the
    4th day of the remote a total of
    32 students are officially
    enrolled
    Friday, June 05, 2020 7:30- 12:00 -5th day of the remote
    enrolment. There were 5
    students that I contacted
    through social media for the
    LESF (JUBEN, NADINE, ALEX,
    ALDREM, and ROMARY).
    So for the 5th day there are 37
    learners who are officially
    enrolled (16 boys and 21 girls)
    Encoding of the information of
    LESF for the consolidation.
    1:00- 4:30 -While in the afternoon
    accomplishing the
    accomplishment report to be
    passed today.
