DAY 1
I arrived at the municipal office at 8:00 in the morning, eagerly anticipating my assignment.
Upon arrival, I was informed of my placement at the Health center alongside my classmates
Mary Joy, Albert, and Kimberly. We were thrilled to be working together and excitedly headed
to our new workplace. As we arrived, we were greeted by the staff and congratulated those who
had raised funds for the center's ongoing projects. It was a heartwarming moment that filled us
with pride and gratitude to be a part of such a worthwhile cause.

Without any hesitation, the staff then gave us our tasks for the day, and we got to work right
away. We took care of various responsibilities, such as organizing files, cleaning the premises,
and assisting in patient care. It was a challenging but fulfilling experience, and we worked hard
to ensure that everything was done efficiently and to the best of our abilities.

As the day drew to a close, we looked back on our accomplishments with a sense of pride and
satisfaction. It was a valuable learning experience for us all, and we were grateful for the

DAY 2
On the second day of our work immersion, I woke up bright and early at 6:30, eager to start the
day. I knew that there was much to learn, and I couldn't wait to dive into the tasks ahead.

Arriving at the Health center, I was thrilled to see my classmates already there and ready to start
the day's activities. I quickly made my way to the computer station, where I spent the majority of
my day typing away and learning new techniques and methods.

Not only did I learn how to type faster and more accurately, but I also gained valuable insights
into how the Health center operates. I observed the daily routines of the staff, learned how they
manage patient records, and even got to assist in taking patients' vital signs.

As the day progressed, I became more and more confident in my abilities, thanks to the guidance
and encouragement of my fellow classmates and the Health center staff. Their support gave me
the courage to step out of my comfort zone and try new things, and I couldn't be more grateful
for their help.

DAY 3

On the third day of our work immersion, I was assigned to work in Sitio Kalawakan.
Excitement and anticipation filled me as I made my way to the location, eager to see what the
day had in store for me.

Upon arriving at the site at 7:30 in the morning, I was immediately given a task to encode files
on Microsoft Excel. Initially, I found it challenging, as I was not familiar with the program's
functions and tools. However, my coworkers quickly noticed my struggle and offered their
assistance.

Their guidance and expertise were invaluable, and I was able to learn quickly and efficiently.
With their help, I was able to navigate the program with ease, making progress in my task and
feeling more confident in my abilities.

bond with my coworkers. It was a fantastic opportunity to learn more about them and their
experiences, as well as share some of my own.

task. I felt grateful for the support and guidance of my coworkers, who had made the experience
not only productive but also enjoyable.

DAY 4

On the fourth day of our work immersion, I was tasked with writing records of
individuals who had checked up at the center. This involved noting down their personal
information, such as their name, age, gender, and contact details, as well as the reason for their
visit. It was important to be meticulous and accurate in recording these details, as they would be
used for reference in the future.

Once I had gathered all the necessary information, I then had to organize the records
accordingly. This involved categorizing the records by date and time of visit and ensuring that
each record was complete and up-to-date. It was crucial to keep the records organized so that
they could be easily accessed when needed.

Finally, I submitted the records to my supervisor, who would then review and approve them.
This was an essential step in ensuring that the center had a comprehensive record of all its
visitors, which would be helpful for future reference and analysis. Overall, it was a day of
clerical work that required attention to detail, organization, and accuracy.

DAY 5

On the fifth day of our work immersion, I arrived early at the center because I wanted to
finish my task from the previous day. Once I had completed my record-keeping responsibilities, I
was then tasked with organizing the medicines and injections. This was a crucial responsibility
as it involved ensuring that all medications were stored in their proper place, labeled correctly,
and easily accessible for the healthcare professionals.

I had to be meticulous in arranging the medicines, double-checking the labels, and confirming
that they were in the correct quantity and condition. I also had to ensure that all expired
medicines were removed and disposed of appropriately. It was essential to take these precautions
to ensure that the patients received the right medication and to maintain the quality of the
medicines.

Once the medicines were organized, I then proceeded to arrange the injections. This was a more
delicate task as it involved ensuring that the needles were sterile, and the injections were
properly labeled and stored. This responsibility required me to be extra cautious and pay close
attention to the details.

Overall, it was a busy day, and my attention to detail and organizational skills were put to the
test. Nonetheless, I was able to complete the tasks successfully, feeling proud and accomplished.

DAY 6
On the sixth day of our work immersion, I was assigned to do paperwork for the people who had
consulted at the center. Under the guidance of Doctora, I had to record their personal
information, medical history, diagnosis, and prescribed medication. It was essential to be
meticulous and accurate in recording these details to ensure the patient's well-being and the
integrity of the center's records.

After completing the task, I then reviewed and double-checked my work for any errors or
discrepancies. This was a crucial step to ensure that the information recorded was accurate and
could be used as a reliable reference in the future.

Writing paperwork can be mentally exhausting, so I took a short break to rest my mind and
hands. After a 10-minute break, I continued my task, feeling refreshed and energized. Once I had
finished, I submitted the paperwork to my supervisor for review and approval.

Overall, it was a day of paperwork, attention to detail, and careful organization. It was
challenging, but also rewarding to be able to contribute to the center's essential function of
providing healthcare services to the community.

Microsoft Excel once again.

Thanks to the guidance of my co-worker the previous day, I was now confident in my ability to
use Excel independently. With my newfound skill, I was able to finish my assigned task quickly
and efficiently. It was a great feeling to see the progress I had made in just a few days of working

DAY 8
On Day eight day of our work immersion, I was assigned the task of carrying boxes
of medicine and syringes. It was a physically demanding job, but I knew how important it was to
get these supplies to where they were needed most. I approached the task with determination and
focused on the fact that it was all for a good cause.

As I carried the boxes, I thought about the countless people who would benefit from the
medicines and supplies we were providing. It was a humbling reminder that the work we were
doing had the potential to save lives and make a real difference in people's lives.

At lunchtime, my colleagues and I took a well-deserved break and enjoyed a meal together at the
back of the center. It was a great opportunity to bond with my coworkers and exchange stories
about our experiences on the job. It felt good to connect with like-minded people who were also
passionate about making a positive impact in the world.

After lunch, we continued with our assigned task, undeterred by the sweltering heat and physical

I approached the task with great care, meticulously checking each label and ensuring that it
matched the medication inside. As I worked, I became increasingly familiar with the different
types of medicines we had on hand, their uses and dosages, and the importance of proper storage
and handling.

but crucial part of the larger effort to provide high-quality healthcare to our community.
