7:30- 12:00 -Start of the 3rd week enrolment
of LESF.
Preparation on going to the
designated barangay.
-Printing of enrolment form
1:00- 4:30
7:30- 12:00 -In the afternoon I contacted
another 4 students namely
(MELISSA, VON, SYDNEY, and
LAINA) through the use of
messenger app. Another 8
students in the second day for a
1:00- 4:30 total of 16 students that are
officially enrolled for the
remote enrolment.
7:30- 12:00 -3rd day of this week is going to
and giving the boxes with
enrolment form.
-In the afternoon another 4
students (SHEILA, CHRISTIAN,
1:00- 4:30 VANEZA, JAMIE) a total of 8
students again for the 3rd day.
And there are 24 students who
are officially enrolled in the 3 rd
day of conducting the remote
enrolment.
7:30- 12:00 - 4 students in the morning
(ERICO, FREDERICK, KIM, TJ)
-While in the afternoon there
are 4 students who I contacted
1:00- 4:30 through the use of the mobile
phone (LHEONEL, JOCELYN,
ARVIN, and MELYWN). For the
4th day of the remote a total of
32 students are officially
enrolled
Friday, June 19, 2020 7:30- 12:00 -Retrieval of the enrolment
forms in the barangay hall.
There were four students who
submitted their forms
enrolment. Cleaning in front of
the room.
-While in the afternoon
accomplishing the
accomplishment report to be
passed today.
