1. Collecting Guest’s Laundry Clothes

Valet: (Knock the door 3 times) “Good morning, valet service!”

Guest: (opens the door). Morning

Valet: “Good morning, Mrs. Dela Cruz, I’m Catherine Guiatao from Housekeeping department in valet section. You have requested for valet
service, I’m here to pick up your laundry, may I come in?”

Guest: “Yes, please take it; it’s on the top of my bed”

Valet: “Certainly Ma’am have you fill up the laundry request form”

Guest: “Yes, here it is!”

Valet: “Could I counter check your laundry first?”

Guest: “Yes please…”

Valet: “Well Ma’am. You have 2 pcs. Long-sleeves white and 1 pc. Denim pants. The total is 3 pcs. Items, Free from damage, is that correct?”

Guest: “Yes”

Valet: “Based on your laundry request form, you preferred your clothes to be machine wash with liquid detergent and fabric conditioner to be
used, the type of service is regular service. Which means you have to wait for 9hrs before you receive your clothes dry and fold”

Guest: “Yes I’m willing to wait”

Valet: “Your total amount is 600pesos and the mode of payment is charge on checkout.

Guest: Noted thank you!

Valet: Is there anything else would you like me to do ma’am?

Guest: None so far.

Valet: So shall I go now?

Guest: Yes, you shall, thank you!

2. Delivering of guest’s laundered clothes

Valet: (Knock the door 3 times) “Good morning, valet service”

Guest: Yes, wait a moment please.

Valet: Good afternoon Mrs. Dela Cruz, I would like to deliver your laundered clothes. Your laundered clothes are 2 pcs. Long-sleeve white and
1 pc. denim pants a total of 3 pcs items. Where do you want me to put your clothes ma’am?

Guest: Great service thank you! Please put it on my bed.

Valet: Can you please sign this bill folio?

Guest: Yeah sure.

Valet: Thank you! Do you need anything else Mrs. Dela Cruz?

Guest: None so far thank you!

Valet: Shall I go now ma’am?

Guest: Yes! you shall! thank you!
