Calculation & Freetime: commences from delivery at the rail terminal (GIFU) and expires when unit is picked up from rail terminal

Remarks:
- Storage for Tenerife, Lanzarote and Las Palmas, they are invoiced by terminal to customer directly.
- Spain uses the combined charge as follows:
MHD for Merchant Haulage calculated from DIFU until empty unit being returned to Carrier's terminal for import CY shipment.
DMD is calculated from DIFU until unit gates out full from Carrier's terminal for import door move shipment.

Rail terminals information

Azuqueca de Henares is Guadalajara Rail Terminal.
Coslada and Abronigal are Madrid Rail Terminals.
To add the following crane movement: EUR 30 / cntr at Spanish Rail Terminal.
