Remarks:
- Egypt uses the combined charge as follows
MHD calculated from 00.01 AM the day unit has been discharged from vessel until the day empty container is being returned to the Carrier's terminal.
- For foodstuff 21 running days freetime are granted (not valid for Reefer Cargo)

Special containers are Tanks, Reefers, Ventilated, Insulated, Open Top, Hard Top, Bulk, Flats, Platforms.
SOC = Shipper's Own Container - OOG = Out Of Gauge
