Valet : (Knock the door 3 times) “Good morning, valet service please…”

Valet : “Good morning Mr./Mrs (nama tamu), I’m ( nama Valet) from
valet section. Do you have any laundry, Mr./Mrs (nama tamu)?”
Guest : “Yes … please take it beside my bed.”
Valet : “Certainly Mr./Mrs (nama tamu). Could I check your laundry
first?”
Guest : “Yes please…”
Valet : “Well Mr./Mrs (nama tamu). You have 1 shirts, 1 T shirt and 1
trouser. The total is 3 pcs. Is that correct?”
Guest : “Yes … correct…”
Valet : “May I know what is special instruction do you want? In our hotel
we have washing, dry cleaning and pressing only”
Guest : “ Washing please…”
Valet : “May I know what kind of service do you need? We have Regular
service, express service and emergency service.”
Guest : “Could you explain to me about the service?”
Valet : “Certainly Mr. Smith. If you want regular service, your laundry will
collect before 11 AM, and will be return after 5 PM in the same day.
Collection after 11 AM will be return next day after 5 PM. The price
is normal price with 21% tax and service.
If you want express service, the last collection is 12.00 , Your laundry
will finish in 6 hours with 50% additional charge + 21% tax and
service. And the emergency service is the last collection at 1 pm and
your laundry will finish in 3 hours with additional charge 100% +
21% tax and service. Which one do want Mr./Mrs (nama tamu)?”
Guest : “Regular please..”
Valet : “Alright Mr./Mrs (nama tamu). what kind of finishing do you
want? Folding, on hanger or shirt starched?”
Guest : “On Hanger please…”
Valet : “Alright Mr./Mrs (nama tamu). May I repeat your request?”
Guest : “Yes please..”
Valet : “Well Mr./Mrs (nama tamu). You have 3 pcs of laundry. 1 shirts, 1
T shirt and 1 trouser. You want washing and emergency service with
shirt, T shirt and trouser on hanger. Is that correct?”
Guest : “Yes.. correct..”
Valet : “Alright Mr./Mrs (nama tamu), thank you so much for your
laundry. I will proses your laundry as soon as possible and will deliver
to you approximately at 3 hours later. If you need any information,
please call us by dial number 3 from your telephone.”
Guest : “Alright … thank you for your service..”
Valet : “With my pleasure Mr./Mrs (nama tamu). Have a nice day…”
