Sequence of Guest Pressing/Ironing services

Guest calls thru telephone

Receives by Housekeeping control desk (Gets the guest name and room
number of the guest)

HK desk assigns Valet Runner

Valet proceeds to the room (Knock the door say "Good morning, Valet
Service." Then ask permission to enter.

Valet Runner collects the items (Check the pressing list, check for any
damages)

Process the clothes for pressing

HK desk prepares the bill

Valet Runner prepares to deliver the clothes (Check for accuracy of the
items, get the voucher)

Deliver the clothes to the rooms (Knock the door say "Valet service" Then ask
permission to enter, and identify items.

Guest receives the clothes

Valet runner receives the payment (Get the payment. If cash, give the
receipt. If card, get the car and verify. If charge, let him sign in the voucher)

Valet runner bid goodbye to the guest

Endorse the voucher to Hk Control Desk
