1. You are the Customer service manager of ABC hotel & you are asked to prepare a
comprehensive report covering the following sections to improve customer satisfaction
& profitability.

1.1 Use any customer decision-making process model(s) to understand the customer
decision-making-related concerns & discuss the specific concerning factors of a
tourist when making a travel & tourism-related decision.

1.2 Discuss the “Servuction model” & its importance in managing & maintaining a good
quality level of customer satisfaction.

1.3 To be in line with international quality standards the hotel needs to pay attention to
catering to the needs of differently-abled tourists, Discuss the idea of Accessible
tourism & what are the specific expectations of this segment.

1.4 In order to service the “Islamic tourism” market hotel need to identify the
background & the requirements of this segment; Briefly explain the idea of Islamic
tourism & the characteristics & demands of this segment.

1.5 Discuss the importance of Channel management in hotel operations & its benefits of
it.

a) Your assignments should spiral bind and must prepare only using Times new roman (Main
Headings should be Font size of 14, subtopics-font size 12 and Bold, Body of the assignment
font size should be 12)
b) All sources used should be correctly referenced in Harvard format
d) An appropriate report structure should be used, which may include headings such as: Table
of Contents, Introduction, Discussion/Evaluation, Recommendations, Conclusions, References
and Appendices (if necessary).
