Reflection of the Two By Ten Strategy: How was the strategy effective?
What changes did you see? Do you see yourself using this strategy again?
Please share any other ideas or thoughts.
- Over this time I noticed that I truly just listened to the student. I let
them tell me things that were on their mind and listen to the things
that make them happy. You truly can tell through conversations they
love their family. This student was willing to just come up to me and
talk more than before but knew that I would just listen to them. Truly
did not care if what they were talking about was school but cared that
they felt heard. Each student should feel this way but purposely
having this time has helped this student come out of there shell and
be more open and engaged in the classroom.
