MANIFESTATION

PETITIONER, through counsel, respectfully states that:

1) On 24 August 2015, a Hearing was scheduled before the

Honorable Court for reception of evidence in relation to the above-
entitled case;

2) During the said hearing, the petitioner presented the chemist

charged with the conduct of the DNA examination for the parties
involved in the instant case;

3) After her presentation, the petitioner, through counsel

requested for continuance as they intended to present their last
witness;

 4) Upon a perusal of the records of this case, it appears that the
presentation of another witness is no longer necessary; hence, the
petitioner hereby waives the trial date set on 26 October 2015;

5) Considering that the chemist presented during the last trial

date is the last witness for the petitioner, she is now ready to
formally of her evidence. Pursuant thereto, the petitioner is
attaching her written formal offer of evidence for the instant case.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, it is most respectfully

prayed of this Honorable Court that an Order be issued noting the waiver
of the 28 September 2015 trial date for the petitioner and acknowledging
the formal offer of evidence attached hereto.

Other reliefs, just and equitable under the premises, are likewise
prayed for.

This 28TH day of September 2015, in the City of Baguio,
