Tools For Data Analysis

A questionnaire was designed for the purpose of achieving the research

objectives. In order to analysis the impact of customer satisfaction on SBI bank

Indore City the statistical tool used for analysis of primary data under

descriptive analysis is percentage analysis method such as bar diagram and pie-

chart.

Data analysis and interpretation

 Majority of the respondents belong to age group between 18 to 30

years (61.3%).

 Majority of the respondents are male (64%).

 Majority of the respondents are using saving account (82.7%).

 Majority of the respondents are using SBI services for 0 – 5 years

(60.7%).

 Majority of the respondents are aware of debit card and e - banking

services provided by SBI (66.7%).

 Majority of the respondents agree that SBI give required banking

services (81.3%).

 Majority of the respondents satisfied that SBI give competitive

interest (72%).

 Majority of the respondents agree with core banking facility (82%).


 Majority of the respondents recommend SBI to others (80%).

 Majority of the respondents choose SBI for wide branch network

(32 %).

 Majority of the respondents needs improvement in quick response

(34.7%).

 Majority of the respondents satisfied with overall services which

are provided by SBI (42.7%).

Challenges

 The first challenge for us is difficult to choose topic for the study and

how to start the study and how study is to be done in a particular flow.

 Questionnaire is the another challenge for us because which type of

question is to be in questionnaire and what answer should in the option.

Limitation

 The survey has been conducted only on 150 respondents.


 The accuracy of the findings of study depends upon the correctness of the
responses provided by the respondents.
 The survey is confined to the selected customers of SBI bank in Indore
city.
 Unwillingness of some respondents to provide information is another
limitation.
How to overcome with the challenges

 The first challenge how to start the study and how to do in a particular
flow so our guide help to overcome with this challenge she taught us
what to do , how to do with her experience.
 Questionnaire is another challenge so to overcome this our team see
different types of literature reviews and identify all review and make
some questions for the questionnaire .
