Scenario:
At the start of the second term, Tri-X has been implemented as the new learning
modality in school. It is a combination of face-to-face, in-class synchronous, and in-
class recorded asynchronous sessions. Since the start of Module 1 this term, students
have been receiving increasingly large amount of assignments and assessments from
all Liberal Arts professors.
Because of the increase in assignments, they have not been able to spend sufficient
time to meet the deadlines of submission or performance of assessment tasks.
You are the President of the Department of Liberal Arts Student Council. Write a memo
to the Chair of the Department of Liberal Arts, Prof. Ma. Eliza S. Torres requesting that
all professors limit the number of assignments and activities in their respective subjects
starting this module 2. This is while the students are still adjusting and adapting with
the new system and to help them enhance their overall performance and also to
improve the quality of their work.
