ACTIVITY 3: 20 COPIES!
My bedroom:
I would like to describe my bedroom. It is neither too big nor too small, just perfect for
me. The walls of the room are dyed in blue and white that make me feel peace and
relaxed. There is one bed near the window. Before sleeping I see the stars and moon
through the window. My table with two drawers and one small cabinet is between the
window and my bed. I like to keep my table neat and tidy and keep everything clean in
boxes or drawers. I don’t like to keep my bedroom dark, so there is no single curtain in
the room.
There is a wardrobe near the door. I usually divide it into two parts for my winter and
summer clothes. The wardrobe has 3 drawers for my socks and caps too.
My kitchen:
I have a large kitchen. It is quite light because there are many windows and you can see
the main street, one school and one supermarket. It isn’t noisy even though the main
road is nearby. In the kitchen I have got almost all mod cons. There is a big cupboard in
on the wall where I keep unused plates and pots. The gas stove and sink are close to
each other. There is a dishwasher and a refrigerator in the corner of the kitchen. I would
say that the fridge is one of the most important kitchen essentials. I keep all my cutlery
such as knives, forks, spoons and other utensils in the lower drawers.
My living room
About my living room, I would say we spend most of our time in this room because
there is a tv set. We like watching our favourite show Ellen’s show by sitting on the sofa
and armchairs in front of the screen. The room is very light because there is a chandelier
with 6 bulbs. The room is equipped with an air conditioner that keeps the room cool
when it is boiling hot outside. My mom likes curtaining the windows and carpeting the
floors, especially in the winter to make the room warm. There is a big table with 6 chairs
around it to gather on special occasions like birthdays because we don’t like celebrating
out. From the living room you go to the balcony to see the bridge over the Mekong
Delta river.
