Dear Mesdames,

This pertains to the lease of your property by Globe Telecom, Inc. for its telecommunications
facilities located at Brgy. San Piro, Balayan, Batangas.

Pursuant to the mandate of the government to promote a more comprehensive network coverage
and better quality of telecommunications services in the country, Globe has partnered with ISOC
Edotco Towers Inc., who intends to continue the lease of the Site for its telecommunications
tower infrastructure. Rest assured that all the terms and conditions of our agreement shall be
honored and respected.

In line with this, we would like to request for your full support and cooperation to allow the TowerCo
to efficiently mobilize at the Site.
