Lighting Information:
The lighting has the ability to be controlled as
there is a lighting desk to control the lights and
many different lights such as studio lights on
the rig above.
Sound Information:
I will not be recording audio in these scenes as I
will be including music and a voice-over over
the clip.
Power Information
There is multiple plug points, and power
sources available to be able to charge any
equipment that it needs charging. I will be able
to plug in the projector, so I create the scene I
was envisioning.
Hazards
As there is a lot of equipment that is in the
studio, since there will be more people in this
space, there is a risk of equipment breaking
such as the studio lights or any laptops around
etc.
Solutions:
Since there is control of the lighting conditions
of this location, I won’t have to worry to much
about it. To make sure I understand the lighting
situation and how to control it, I will need to
come in beforehand and see how the studio
lights work since I will be using the studio lights
with coloured gels on top to achieve look I
want.

aware of the equipment and will make sure
that it will be me and anyone I choose to, will
handle the equipment to avoid any damaged
equipment.
