SUITABILITY/SHOTS FOR PRODUCTION (SCENE NUMBERS):

SCENE 2 – MAIN SCENE – SHOTS FROM 1 - 58

LIGHTING INFORMATION Wide windows throughout the

house that has natural light so
lighting stands wouldn’t be
necessary to hire out. There is
a possibility that over exposure
can happen however that is down
to having proper camera settings
in place the day of the shoot to
match what the weather is like
as it can have an effect.
SOUND INFORMATION There are appliances that create
a buzzing noise like the fridge,
drying cupboard. I will attempt
to turn off the drying cupboard
when filming as that isn’t
needed and can disrupt the sound
quality.

I will have a mic that is quite

close to her face to capture the
right breaths, emotions etc. but
this might be an issue when
filming outside. I will need the
mic to be quite close, otherwise
I will film that scene outside
when it is not windy.
POWER INFORMATION There are multiple plug sockets
that are available to charge
equipment that will be needed.
HAZARDS There is not physical hazards
however, since I am filming in
small corridors/spaces, it can
be a challenge to film so I will
have to be aware of how I am
choosing to film a specific
scene to make sure my actors do
get injured.

SITE CONTACT NAME AND CONTACT: AVAILABILITY

Free to use for the public Free to use all day as it is
a public space
PERMISSIONS:
Available to use for the public as it is a public space. No
permissions needed since it is not a huge filming set.

SUITABILITY/SHOTS FOR PRODUCTION (SCENE NUMBERS)

SCENE 1-8

LIGHTING INFORMATION Natural lighting since the

space is outside however it
would depend on the weather
of the day, that determines
whether what the lighting
would be different.
Currently, the lighting would
be cloudy because of autumn
so that will be the case.
SOUND INFORMATION Sound needed of the water and
waves – so there is not a
problem with what the outcome
of the sound will be since it
is supposed to be like
memories.
POWER INFORMATION No power sources available
since it is outside – will
bring charged extra batteries
so that won’t be an issue.
HAZARDS Filming near the water will
create the hazard of dropping
the camera into the beach. I
will make sure to have my
parents make sure I don’t
walk near the water or trip
as I am moving since the
camera will be shaky to
create that effect.
