Health & Safety Concerns
Tripping over stumps/roots- To prevent this we need to communicate with
each other when filming, and also carry out some investigation on our location
before setting in to film our video to reduce possible injury
Characters getting burnt from props (candles)- This risk can be prevented
by making sure that the candles are secure when filming and make sure that
the characters involved do not touch the burning candles.
Wild Animal Attack- It’s difficult to prevent this kind of risk because of our
location, but to ensure this doesn’t happen we will film make sure that when
filming away from the paths that we do not disturb the wildlife that is in the
park.
Equipment Being Stolen- This risk will be prevented by making sure we
have our equipment with us at all time when using them, and make sure they
are locked away when they are not been used.

Potential Filming Problems

Bad Weather- Risk could be avoided by making sure we check the weather
forecast for the day we plan on filming our video, and also make sure we
prepare for it if it does eventually rain.

Equipment Not Being Charged-This could be prevented by making sure that

the equipment is charged properly for the days filming and if it requires
batteries make sure that there are spare batteries.
Picture One

Long Shot- We will use this shot in this area

of the park when the characters are being
hunted by paranormal spirits and when they
are being chased, we will have people
hidden to the sides throwing objects such as
branches and twigs to show the anger of the
spirits.

Picture Two

In this scene there will be multiple different

shots including over the shoulder, close up,
pan shot and possibly a tracking shot. The
reason for us using multiple shots is so we
can show the development of the characters
using the Ouija board and how their
expressions and behaviour changes as the
scene develops.

Picture Three

In this scene we are going to use a tracking shot to

show the character running away from the
supernatural spirits after all four characters freak out
about playing with the Ouija board. And will show
them running into a denser part of the park and is
perfect for this scene as going into the denser part of
the wood will emplify the horror aspects of our film.
Picture Four

For this scene we will use another long

shot to show two of the characters running
away whilst having branches and twigs
being thrown at them and then will show
them splitting up from each other and
losing each other.

Picture Five
For this scene we will use a P.O.V shot
and the reason for this is that it will be
during the chase sequence and will
allow the audience to get closer to the
surroundings of the park and to show
the story from a more personal
experience and make the audience feel
like they are part of the film.

This location is ideal as it has a lot of

open space which means that we will
have an ideal area to film in and with
no tree line will allow us to see the
surroundings much clearer.
