Contingency plan
Problems that could occur. How I plan to over come the problem If
they are encountered.
An actor may not be able to turn up due to On the morning of each day, I shoot I will
being sick on the dav or for other reasons get text confirmations from each actor that
they are ready to leave to meet at the filming
location. By doing this there should be no
reason as to why the actors would not turn
up. If when I gather the confirmations, an
actor cannot confirm they will be able to
arrive then filming will be pushed to a later
date, or the actor will be replaced.
The weather is not suitable for filming. I will Make sure to check the weather forecast
to see if the weather is suitable for filming (I
have already done this). If the forecast is wrong
and weather becomes unsuitable such as in the
event it starts hailing or raining, then filming
will be pushed to the next suitable day.
We are unable to film in a certain area due to I will make sure that these areas are fit for
any certain factor. filming in beforehand by visiting them myself
before shooting starts. If we cannot film in an
area for any reason, for example the area is too
busy, then we will improvise and find another
that is fitting. I don’t think that we will need to
improvise but if we do, then it will not be a
hard task at all to find another location.
The power on my camera goes flat. To ensure that my camera does not run out of
power during filming I will charge its battery
until it is full the night before I film. I will also
bring my cameras charger in my bag so in the
case of a dead battery I will walk back up from
Henley town to the college to charge the
battery then resume filming.
