Music Video Shooting Script
Description of visuals
Birds-eye view shot of Theo walking out
of the train/station. If this changes, the
back-up idea will be either the idea
below or a medium close-up shot of a
white telephone on the wall of the shed,
next to where Theo is sitting
Medium long shot of Theo walking into
the Chiltern flower shop, the camera will
pan down slowly to capture the
establishing shot. If this changes it will
be a shot of Theo climbing down the
ladder of a shed from the roof, (medium
shot)
Tracking shots of him walking out of the
shop into town with the flowers in hand,
he will be looking around.
Theo walking into gails, (Long-shot,
establishing shot) symmetry. Close up of
a coffee being made and Theo taking it
to the side.
(Chorus)
Symmetrical medium shot of garages,
while theo lip syncs the chorus of the
song. If this changes it will be a yellow lit
interior of the shed with a series of
up-close shots on Theos face as he lip
syncs the chorus to express his emotions
clearly

Lighting Information: Solutions:

The lighting i will be using in this shot will Inside the shop the un natural lighting
be natural lighting mixed with the ambient may be a
problem with my camera. This is
dependant on if we film inside the shop
as we will have to get permission.
Sound Information: Solutions:

This location is in the main town, There will be no solutions needed as i

meaning there will be a lot of sound but am producing a music video.
this won't be a concern as I will be
filming a music video.

Power Information: Solutions:

The camera is wireless, we have spare (No solutions)
batteries incase of emergency

Hazards: Main road, cars, pedestrians Solutions: Careful when walking

Clearances and Confirmations
Contingency Plan

What are your plans for if something goes wrong? What back up actors,
locations and equipment do you have?

If Theo Shillingford (our main actor) can't come to the filming locations for the
time set we have 3 back up friends that are willing to fill in, but this case is
very unlikely to happen.

The locations aren't too much of a problem because we won't have to worry
about the weather as we want a mix of weather in our production.

The equipment I will be using to film will mainly just consist of a tripod. If
anything happens to this piece of equipment there is a back up i have at my
house, or depending on the time situation the college can provide us with
the needed equipment to borrow.

The main prop will be flowers, but if this doesn't go to plan we will be using an
old telephone.
