Lighting Information: Solutions:

It’s an outdoor location so it uses natural
light however some areas may be
restricted to light due to the trees
shading it.
Try and film in areas where there is most
natural lighting and not a lot of shade. If it’s
not that sunny on the day of filming then stay
in open areas. If needed I will have a
camera mounted light.

Sound Information: Solutions:

It’s a wide-open space that attracts Sound isn’t really a problem when filming as I
tourists so there is the possibility for a lot I’m filming a music video I won’t be using
of chatter and screaming from families sound. So, it doesn’t matter if its noisy or
in the background. quite on the day of filming.

Power Information: Solutions:

As it’s a park there isn’t any mains plugs
so this restricts me to the type of
equipment I can use when filming
Hazards:
If it starts to rain there isn’t many places
to go to stay out the rain, also my
equipment will get wet. Also, the
possibility of tripping over un even
surfaces
Make sure that everything is fully charged
before going out to film and take only
battery operated equipment with me so I
won’t need any access to mains plugs.
Solutions:
Check the weather forecast regularly and if
there is possibility of rain bring appropriate
clothing and covers to keep equipment dry.
To avoid tripping be aware of your
surroundings whilst walking and filming.

Lighting Information: Solutions:

I will have access to both natural and artificial
lighting this will make filming a lot easier as I can
control how much natural light I have and how
much artificial light I will have
Sound Information:
It’s an inside location so there isn’t that much
excess noise. It is next to a tube station and a
road so if the balcony and windows are open
there will be more noise.
Making sure that I don’t use too much
light or too little light. This might take me a
bit more time to set the lighting correctly
for the scene but I’m able to have more
control over it.
Solutions:
Sound isn’t really a problem when filming
as I I’m filming a music video I won’t be
using sound. So, it doesn’t matter if its
noisy or quite on the day of filming.

Power Information: Solutions:

I will have access to mains plugs so if anything
needs charging I will be able to do this.
Hazards:
There is the possibility that hot and cold drinks
could be spilt over equipment when charging.
Also the possibility of a fire when using the
cooker.
To make filming run smoother make sure
everything is charged beforehand so I
don’t have to stop and wait for battery to
charge.
Solutions:
Make sure all drinks are kept away from
electrical socks and leading to reduce
the chance to spillage. And when the
cooker is being used make sure it turned
off after use

Lighting Information: Solutions:

I will be filming outside so I will have all
natural light and as I plan to film early in the
morning it should be rather bright, weather
permitting.
Sound Information:
It’s an outside location that is meant to
attracts visitors so there will be a lot of
sound from kids and families.
Check the weather in advance to make sure
its not raining as I will be outside and try to stay
in an open space so I can have much light as
possible.
Solutions:
Sound isn’t really a problem when filming as I
I’m filming a music video I won’t be using
sound. So, it doesn’t matter if its noisy or quite
on the day of filming.

Power Information: Solutions:

I won’t have access to any mains plugs so if
anything, need charging I won’t be able to
do this on location and I won’t be able to
use any equipment that uses main electric.
Hazards:
As it’s a crazy golf course there will be
uneven surfaces and a lot of trip hazards.
There are also some little ponds.
To make filming run smoother make sure
everything is charged beforehand as I won’t
be able to do this on location.
Solutions:
Always be aware on where I’m stepping when
filming so I don’t fall in any water as this could
break my camera if I was to fall in.

Clearances and Confirmations

These are my actors that I
am using for my
production. The female is
Amber and the male is
Philip.
To get in contact with
them I have personally
called them to ask if they
would be happy to take
part in my production
and the dates they are
available they both
agreed and we have all
decided to film on the
weekend of 28th and 29th of April. I have chosen these two to be in my
production as they are a couple in real life so they will have real emotions
towards one another and it will look a lot more realistic on camera which I
what I want.

I emailed putt in the park Acton however after two days I still didn’t get a
response to I decided to call them and they were able to confirm that I’m
allowed to film at their location.

Contingency Plan
What are your plans for if something goes wrong? What back
up actors, locations and equipment do you have?
I will have two cameras available so if one dies or breaks for some reason
then I will have a spare one that I can use. I will only have one gimbal but I
will have other equipment such as tripods to help stabilize the camera if the
gimbal was to break.
I don’t have any back up actors as I am doing my filming around their
availability so they are able to film on the dates mentioned.
If one of my locations was to become unavailable then I will film as much
content as I can in my other locations that are available then if I have time
find another location that I think will fit with my music video and that I’m able
to film at then I will.
