Decision

The Requester wishes to inspect signed decision in the above referenced court file (and
also in Criminal Appeal 3372/11). The purpose of the request, as far as these specific
files are concerned, is not clear. With it, since these decisions were published, the Office
of the Clerk is asked to mail the Requester copies of the signed decisions listed in the
request.

The Requester also wishes to inspect the Certificates of Delivery in the same court files.
The purpose of the inspection is unclear, and in particular, it is unclear what the purpose
is of inspection of the Certificates of Delivery in the particular court files. Therefore, and
given that Certificates of Delivery are not routinely filed in the court files of the Court,
but are maintained as computerized registry, I do not find to issue any further instruction
to the Office of the Clerk in this matter.
