Be responsible of plannings, investments, performance and quality related to his production facilities.
Interface with the other departement (Project, Maintenance, Manufacturing, Product)
Layout Preparation of general Assembly
Equipment FMEA Creation
Execute Capacity Enhancement Projects, New Vehicle Projects.
CAPEX budget Preparation & Control for all Assembly shop Projects (Facility Perimeter)
Supplier Selection, Techincal Specification creation, Installation & Buy off.
Handover to Serial life Production
Make technical manuals for Equipments, facility
Suggest Technical solution for Optimizing the Performance of Tools & Equipments...

PAINT PROCESS ENGINEER (M/F)

Missions :
The paint process engineer will be in charge of :

Ensure process stability, Process capability and Quality requirements

Assisting to finalize painting process for bought out parts
Analyze customer complaints and taking suitable countermeasure
Coordinate with suppliers, contractors and other agencies for installation and commissioning of planned
facilities
Responsible for plannings, investments, performance and quality related to his production facilities.
Identify and forecast Manufacturing Facilities requirements for New Project Model & Existing Program
Estimate and Prepare the Budget for Management Approval
In charge of the Preparation of Specification / enquires, Floating RFQ, Obtaining Offers and Scrutinizing
offers.
Responsible for Onsite Installation & Commissioning of equipments/Facility/Lines.

LOGISTIC ENGINEER (M/F)

Missions :
Implement material flow equipment such as conveyors, EMS systems, AGVs, and ASRS systems from concept to launch. (New
Model Launch / Capacity expansion & Running Changes)
Develop material flow diagram from receiving to production line including operators and material handling equipment movement.
Collect, plot, and analyse material flow data from supplier to production line to capture improvement opportunities. {Ware house /
Lines side including racks,bins & Monuments }
Upfront exposure to Surface (floor space) assessment with hands-on experience in handling both brown field and green field
projects.
Challenge assumptions that are not backed up by a thorough engineering evaluation.
Work cross-functionally with manufacturing engineers to ensure equipment is compatible with upstream and downstream
processes and equipment.
Conduct time studies for all material handling operational activities through engineering studies, and report required to run head
counts.
Analyse economic factors when developing alternatives to propose a maximized solution and optimize total cost.
Work with selected suppliers to ensure project schedules are met and within the defined budget while meeting all success factors
Represent the material handling team and coordinate material launch activities as per the launch process.

Experience with 2D (AutoCAD) and 3D (CATIA/3DExperience) design
platforms
Good knowledge of Vehicle Process Assembly is mandatory

Technical RFQ process
Have knowledge in installation and commissioning of weld shop including equipements
Know Body & parts Geometry. he can understand inspection reports and can plan Counter measure
Know 3D software to study product and equipment CAD (CATIA ,Auto CAD)
